The Role Join our Volvo Service Center as a Service Advisor and help our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. You’ll support our existing service team by managing service flow, providing concierge‑level customer care, and ensuring a top‑notch experience for every client.

Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with management on hiring, training, and service department decisions.
