Responsibilities
Master our sales process within a remarkable six-month timeframe.
Drive acquisition and expansion of market presence.
Serve as a mentor, imparting strategies for new team members.
Ideal Candidate

Possesses a proactive “see a need, meet a need” mindset.
Exhibits initiative, avoiding dependency on explicit instructions.
Capable of autonomously managing daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
