The Opportunity Our partner is hiring an
Associate Account Manager
to join a newly formed, post-sales growth team. This is an entry-level role focused on supporting existing customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a trusted point of contact for accounts that do not yet have a dedicated account manager.
You’ll work closely with the Growth Account Management team to ensure customers are supported, engaged, and positioned for long-term success. This role offers strong exposure to post-sales strategy and a clear path for advancement, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role within approximately 12 months based on performance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a small book of existing customers without dedicated account management coverage
Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a reliable, responsive partner
Identify and surface expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
Partner closely with post-sales and go-to-market teams to ensure a strong customer experience
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including founders and senior stakeholders
Maintain accurate notes and updates within internal systems
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with customers
Comfort engaging with existing clients and handling customer-facing conversations
