Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands‑on experience. Looking for individuals who have experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units.

Repair and troubleshooting
Ductwork installation and fabrication
Preventative maintenance
Qualifications
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Familiarity using dispatch software
Punctual and professional
8am-4:30pm Monday‑Friday schedule
Minimal on‑call schedule
New company vehicle provided after probationary period
Minimum pay up to $40/hour based on experience and skill set. Paid holidays. Health insurance fully paid by employer. 2 weeks paid vacation after probationary period. $2,500.00–$10,000.00 sign‑on bonus, based on experience and after satisfactory probationary period.
