They are seeking a Generalist Lender to join their team, with one or more years of lending experience preferred, though additional experience is welcomed. A turnkey, ready-to-go lender would be ideal, but the bank will also consider a recent graduate with foundational banking knowledge and strong potential. Experience with consumer lending, HELOCs, residential real estate, and agricultural loans is a plus. This organization believes in reasonable expectations; there are no rigid sales quotas.
