Account Manager Liaison
to serve as a key connection between clients, internal teams, and operational partners. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the successful execution of logistics services. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between assigned accounts and internal departments
Maintain clear, professional communication to ensure client needs and expectations are met
Coordinate account-related activities to support timely and accurate service delivery
Monitor account performance and assist in resolving inquiries or service-related matters
Support account documentation, reporting, and internal coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement of client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
