Job Location : Ontario, OR 97914 Job Summary: Safety Services Company is actively seeking a skilled Sales Development Supervisor to join our team in the Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) Call Center at the Snake River Correctional Institution, a medium-security facility for male adults. This role is critical in supporting Safety Services Company in our new client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in leadership, excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a strong history of fostering continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide impactful work experiences to adults in custody, contributing significantly to community and people development. Responsibilities

Ensuring a high level of accountability among team members as they generate appointments. Interviewing, assessing, and hiring eligible candidates to join our team. Performing introductory training, including content review and initial assessments. Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) checks and reviews. Coaching team members based on their QA Reviews and spot checks. Holding monthly performance reviews, identifying areas of improvement as well as strong performance points. Ensuring systems operate at their absolute highest functionality. Recognizing areas of improvement across the organization and driving constant improvement. Meeting with other staff, including upper management, providing feedback, direction, and sharing ideas for growth and improvement. Coordinating with OCE Staff and all off-site technical support. Spot-checking proper execution of established SOPs across the stated area of influence. Balancing monthly bonus numbers and completing all related documentation. Qualifications Must be able to pass a (Department of Corrections) DOC clearance check (Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) form). Ability to foster accountability and drive team performance. Experience in interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. Proficiency in conducting initial training and assessments. Competence in conducting QA checks and providing coaching. Skill in conducting performance reviews and driving improvement. Ability to optimize systems and drive efficiency. Proven track record of driving organizational enhancements. Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration. Experience in coordinating with technical support and other teams. Ensuring adherence to established procedures. Ability to manage performance metrics and documentation. Aptitude for adapting to challenges and driving solutions.
