Manage a portfolio of agriculture loans
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Evaluate loan applications and financial information
Provide exceptional customer service and financial guidance

Collaborate with team members to ensure loan compliance
Stay current on industry trends and regulations
Meet loan production goals
Position Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in Ag lending
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
