Events Assistant

Job Summary: The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop up platform. These pop ups will be located at large scale events pertaining to professional sports, non profit cause, political organizations, and the arts. This will be a highly social role with lots of conversation and dialogue entailed on a daily basis. One can expect to be up and about all day.

Events Assistant Responsibilities

Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily

Coordinate with vendors on logistics

Support marketing efforts by promoting events

Assist in managing event budgets and expenses.

Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.

Assist in the coordination of speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events.
