iTA is looking for a Full‑Time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Lake Charles, LA, working a Monday‑Friday shift.
Our ideal candidate will be a dependable, team‑player with experience working within a diesel dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Greeting customers;
Intake paper work;
Download health reports into our system – Understanding of ADP/CDK is a plus;
Generate an RO for each item needing attention – warranty/bill backs;
Ability to multi‑task and interact with customers is necessary.
