Only7Seconds is a national leader in addressing the youth loneliness crisis. By 2035 we aim to have two million youth and young adults experience meaningful, intentional connection. This will result in youth leading less lonely, more socially healthy lives. We will accomplish this by driving multimedia awareness campaigns, deploying evidence-informed resources, and building youth-led programs. Overview
This position will play a critical part of the next phase of our organization’s growth. The Grants and Office Specialist will work collaboratively with the Executive Director, VP of Programs, and the Director of Marketing and Communications to drive grant acquisition and management, as well as support administrative activities. The role supports the expansion of our organization’s efforts and core team. Eligibility & Location
Open to candidates anywhere in Washington state, limited travel may be required. Candidates located in North Central Washington are preferred. This is a half‑time contractor (20 hrs per week) position, hybrid at a location in Washington state. Travel within the Pacific Northwest is occasionally required. To Apply

Support acquisition of new grants and foundation funding through grant applications, reporting, and relationship management. Coordinate office administration and operational support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, maintain files, handle correspondence, prepare updates, and assist staff with special projects. Assist in event planning, tabling, and inventory/control of office supplies. Identify and research potential funding sources, implement and streamline grants processes, lead or assist grant applications, track milestones and deadlines, monitor expenditures and compliance, and prepare necessary reporting. Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English. Experience as an executive assistant or administrative support. Experience in partnership development, youth engagement, community outreach, or public relations.
