Start in inside sales: cold calling and pursuing leads for new customers to ship with Trinity. Build and manage a book of business, eventually serving as the customer's account manager. Sell Trinity’s services to new customers and continually service their transportation needs. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, overcome objections, and act as the one-stop-shop for transportation solutions. Qualifications
Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making. Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required. Experience in logistics preferred but not required. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports; ability to write reports and professional business correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful; generally strong computer skills. Ability to learn new software and computer systems. Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to connect with others to create openness and trust with team members, customers, or stakeholders.
