Position Overview The Sales Development Representative is a field-based sales role responsible for growing Trust20’s presence throughout your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for building relationships with local restaurants, introducing Trust20’s training solutions, and developing a strong network within the hospitality community.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a people-focused, on-the-go environment.

What You’ll Do
Visit restaurants and foodservice businesses in your territory to introduce Trust20 solutions
Build relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers
Conduct outreach via calls and emails to schedule meetings and follow-ups
Deliver brief presentations on Trust20’s training and certification offerings
Maintain accurate notes, activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM
Strengthen brand visibility by engaging with the local restaurant community
Who Thrives in This Role
Enjoys being out in the field and client facing
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a schedule
Curious about how restaurants operate and eager to learn
Energized by building relationships and making frequent connections
Preferred Qualifications
0–3 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
Restaurant or foodservice background is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate a CRM and manage territory activity
Reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned area
