is a full-time, year-round position. The role involves direct oversight of Resident Services, Housekeeping, and Grounds & Facilities teams, including training, development, recruiting, payroll, and budgeting.
Responsibilities include supervising campus work‑order and maintenance program, overseeing the Associate Recreation Center, and managing day‑to‑day operations of a campus with 2,900 beds across 10 buildings.

Responsibilities
Manages, coordinates, and oversees the hiring, training, and motivation of the Resident Services, Housekeeping, and Grounds & Facilities teams by coaching and counseling associates.
Directs the opening and closing of all Associate Housing facilities throughout the operating seasons.
Serves as a liaison between peers and the Maintenance division for follow‑up on daily work orders and emergency repairs, ensuring timely completion within the campus management software.
Promotes and ensures a high level of cleanliness in public and behind‑the‑scenes areas of Associate Housing.
Tracks inventory of furniture and products; ensures company asset protection policies are followed.
Serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Safety, Security, and other divisions/departments in handling residents who violate company policies, federal, state, or provincial laws and regulations.
Responds to resident complaints within established parameters and works to resolve them satisfactorily.
Evaluates, refines, and recommends departmental procedures to promote effective and cost‑efficient management of all Associate Housing facilities.
Participates in weekly Housing Supervisor‑On‑Call program.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field required.
Advanced MS Office skills, including building and creating Excel spreadsheets and writing formulas.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
3‑5 years related experience in a supervisory role required.
Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, collaborative team player, and detail oriented.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Access databases.
Ability to maintain highly confidential human resources work.
Must pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per company policy, unless prohibited by law.
Must pass a background check, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per company policy, unless prohibited by law.
