Who We’re Looking For If you’ve sold into manufacturing plants, industrial services, industrial products, or staffing, and you know how to talk to operations, plant managers, and business owners — this role is for you. You do need hustle, curiosity, and the ability to build relationships.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Industrial or manufacturing products sales
Manufacturing services or contract manufacturing sales
Industrial staffing or workforce solutions sales
Any B2B role selling into manufacturing, distribution, or operations teams
If you already understand how manufacturing businesses work, we’ll teach you the technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and closing new customers in the manufacturing and industrial space
Generating your own pipeline through cold calling, cold email, and outbound outreach
Working both self-generated opportunities and leads from marketing & partners
Running discovery conversations focused on real operational challenges
Selling Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions in a consultative, value-based way
Traveling to client sites, conferences, and industry events (~25–30%)
This is a field-oriented, outbound-first role — not order taking.
Compensation (Simple & Transparent)
Strong base salary (DFW market)
Starting at 5% commission on new customer license sales with Tiered accelerators
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Proven outbound sales ability
Comfortable picking up the phone and opening doors
Strong communication and discovery skills
Willingness to travel up to 30%
ERP experience is a plus — not a requirement.
Training & Development
Sell into industries you already understand, including manufacturing and industrial services.
