Senior Business Development Specialist

This is a full‑time position focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base.
Pay Range Base pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. Actual pay will be based on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Lead proposal development, pricing, and negotiation processes to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client deals.
Track and report key business development metrics to senior leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business offerings and growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience in industry‑specific areas, if needed.
Familiarity with industry‑specific tools, software, or methodologies.
