Excellent personal/social skills when dealing with customers, co-workers, Manager and Owner.
Flexible. Able to adapt to sudden changes throughout the day.
Handle cash and other tenders of payment.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Answering all phone calls and emails.
Scheduling/Booking all service appointments.
Perform light administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
Team player, supportive of Stylists, Manager's, and Owner's needs.
Customer Service is key here at M Salon Houston.
