Responsibilities
Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment status.
Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call after hours.
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in transportation of time‑definite urgent cargo is a plus.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Expected base pay: $22.25 – $30.25 per hour.
