Director of Human Resources at Consolidated Management of Greenville Inc. Job Summary The Site Superintendent is responsible for monitoring projects from planning to completion, including tasks such as budgeting and scheduling, following quality standards and ensuring the safety and security of the construction site. A construction superintendent also communicates and negotiates with external partners. Responsibilities
Manage/Oversee all daily operations on site. Record Daily Reports. Prepare Weekly 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules. Conduct weekly on-site subcontractor coordination/safety meetings. Manage Subcontractors and field staff. Communicate job site needs with Project Manager and Project Administrator. Document Credit Card Expenses according to policy. Enforce Subcontractor Safety. Use Tablet and Fieldwire to ensure project is built per the plans and specifications. Coordinate Municipal Inspections as required. Coordinate all public utility and infrastructure completion. Oversee Punch-out and owners' acceptance. Warranty support. Other duties as assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
