Bid Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bid responses.
Develop and maintain bid schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
Assist in the creation of bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
Travel to client sites and attend meetings as required; occasional presence in an i2G office.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with procurement processes or bids.
Familiarity with CRM and bid management software (e.g., Salesforce, RFPIO, Loopio).
Working Conditions
Office‑based with potential for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
