As a
Business Development Representative (BDR) , you are the first impression, the voice, and the heartbeat of our business development team. Every time you get on the phone or communicate with a partner, you have the opportunity to build a new relationship or expand one to new heights.
What You Do
High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts.
Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions.
Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance.
Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production.
Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with.
You will be expected to reach out to loan officers every day to convert new business, ramp our most profitable products, and grow company production in a way that keeps them coming back month after month.
