Your Role You’ll create
exceptional customer experiences
by scheduling, selling, and overseeing needed service work. This includes precise write‑ups, providing estimates, keeping customers informed, managing repair progress, and ensuring high satisfaction standards. You’ll also maintain a professional appearance and uphold manufacturer certifications.
We’re Looking For
Prior Service Advisor experience.
Strong selling/customer service background (a plus).
Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
Working knowledge of automotive technology (a plus).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background/drug screen.
This role requires standing, keyboarding, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
