We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a position in Monongahela, PA.
Job Duties
Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.
Confirm processing costs and orders; track and expedite sales as required.
Dispatch customer orders when ready; locate trucks, ship and track customer orders.
Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, in-office position.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2+ years related inside sales experience.
ERP / CRM software experience.
Industrial, manufacturing, or construction background preferred.
Purchasing, order entry, and expediting.
Comfortable making cold calls, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detail #ZRPB.
