About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales & Channel Development Representative to join our team at Rapid Supplies. You’ll own the complete sales cycle remotely — from lead generation to order fulfillment — for commercial restaurant and hotel equipment. This role involves prospecting, building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our distributor network across the U.S. Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers (hotels, restaurants, distributors). Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule qualified meetings. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate records in the CRM system. Understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions. Prepare and share ROI or value‑based one‑pagers to support buying decisions. Convert leads into sales through remote meetings, demos, and negotiations. Process purchase orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery. Customer Success & Relationship Management
Conduct regular follow‑ups and post‑sales check‑ins to ensure satisfaction. Address issues promptly and maintain excellent communication with customers. Drive reorders, renewals, and cross‑selling opportunities. Identify and recruit new dealers/distributors in untapped regions. Negotiate pricing, targets, and payment terms. Train new distributors through online onboarding sessions and monthly reviews. Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B inside sales (preferably in foodservice, hospitality, or equipment industries). Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first attitude. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms. Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently. Familiarity with distributor or dealer networks is a plus.
