Bone Dry Roofing . Come join our rapidly growing team! We are in need of a Commercial Sales Representative to help service our commercial customers around the Sarasota area.
Duties And Responsibilities
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow
Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities
Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company’s product portfolio
Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers
This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Military service is a plus
The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience
The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms
Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Preferred Skills And Knowledge
Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus
Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus
Ability to perform material take offs a plus
Previous OSHA certification a plus
Construction/roofing industry a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Commission based position, annual earnings potential range of $55k - $220k
