Responsibilities

Drive demand generation of Spravato through clinical selling and product differentiation with approved clinical studies and marketing aids to support adoption, achieving all sales performance goals and objectives for the geographical assignment. Possess the understanding and ability to sell in different care settings, identify key business opportunities, and develop customer‑specific pre‑ and post‑call selling approaches that address practitioners’ perspectives and institutional philosophies while adhering to compliance guidelines. Develop a territory coverage plan that maximizes selling time with all healthcare professionals, utilize business analytics to increase access to key stakeholders, and adjust strategies to minimize competition impact and maximize sales opportunities. Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training. Meet sales and operational requirements including call plan attainment, resource execution, compliance, and sales training requirements. Consistently adhere to all company current compliance guidelines and policies. Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A valid driver’s license issued in the United States. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, B2B sales, or recent transition from active‑duty military. Ability to problem‑solve. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography. Preferred Qualifications

A proven track record of success and ability to influence key stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, and competitive selling environment. Specialty sales experience and understanding of related therapeutic areas. Required Skills
