Responsibilities Screening of applicants begins immediately and continues until the position is filled.

Compensation: $35.00/hr – $52.00/hr.

This role is responsible for the nursing aspect of the admission/intake of new patients. It coordinates and supervises direct patient care and program implementation for residents/patients in admission and residential programs. Assesses patient needs, coordinates and implements delivery of quality nursing care as prescribed by the Treatment Team/Physician. Provides safety and crisis management, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications Knowledge and experience of nursing care and interventions with psychiatric patients. Knowledge of psychotropic medications, potential side effects, and psychiatric diagnoses. Ability to direct others in delivering services, organize multiple tasks, and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to safely implement special treatment procedures, delegate responsibilities, and ensure completion of shift duties. Skilled in developing therapeutic relationships with clients of all ages, and work as a member of a treatment team.

Experience/Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CPR certification required. Must be licensed in the State of Colorado or hold a current compact license.
