Responsibilities Our Equipment Sales Representatives manage defined geographic territories, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and conducting successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to build their territory while being supported by comprehensive training, advanced technology, and an experienced management team committed to their success.

Qualifications
2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship‑based industries
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the agricultural community
Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred
Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development
Genuine passion for agricultural markets and rural communities
