Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs
Educate clients on policy options, empowering them to make informed decisions
Complete the sales cycle from prospecting to policy approval to annual follow-ups
Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Qualifications
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – we provide guidance)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills for CRM and client management
Technical device to conduct business: laptop, iPad, or desktop
