Part‑time retail sales associate with a focus on HP products, based at Best Buy 22 – Davenport, IA 52807. Hourly pay of $16.00. Schedule: up to 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday preferred, with flexible Friday options as needed.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs
Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
Report on sales activities and provide competitive insights to Retail Operations
Day‑in‑the‑Life
Engage customers and create memorable experiences
Maintain professional relationships with management and staff
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Move displays and assist with product location

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year job experience (6 months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred)
Proficient with product demonstrations and customer engagement
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Strong integrity and customer‑satisfaction focus
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals
Maintain high customer satisfaction with low rejection and complaint rates
