Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
Assist customers with expert shoe fittings, offering personalized advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories to ensure the best fit for their needs.
Product Recommendations:
Provide recommendations for running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience and meet their fitness goals.
Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications
Passion for running, walking, fitness, or an active lifestyle
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with POS systems
Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and peak periods
Compensation
Base + Commission , approximately $16–$18+/hour
