Position: Mortgage Sales Manager
Location: Woodland Hills, California (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base + bps override on total team production
Benefits: 401k (not matched), 80 hours PTO
We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of 20+ licensed Loan Officers in a full-time, onsite environment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving sales setting and has a strong background in retail mortgage production.
In this position, you will drive daily sales activity, ensure production goals are consistently met, oversee warm lead distribution, track team pipelines and manage loan movement through the CRM and LOS systems. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and the training department to develop team performance and maintain a strong sales culture.
A key advantage of this role is the consistent flow of warm leads. Loan Officers receive 4–5 warm leads every day, giving the Sales Manager a stable base for coaching, production growth and consistent override earnings. This built-in volume creates significant upside potential.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 20+ licensed LOs
Drive daily sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets
Maintain strong product knowledge across DSCR, Non-QM, Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo programs
Track, manage and coach LO pipelines and lead flow through Arive, Close CRM and Encompass TPO
Ensure timely follow-up and high conversion rates on warm leads
Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting to executive leadership
Partner with Training Manager to support ongoing LO development
Requirements
5+ years of retail mortgage sales management experience
Proven success managing and scaling producing LO teams
Deep knowledge of Non-QM, DSCR and agency products
Active NMLS license (required)
Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities
Proficiency using Arive, Close CRM and Encompass TPO
Ability to work full-time onsite in Woodland Hills, CA
