Responsibilities

Serve as a problem solver for clients by utilizing the in‑depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.

Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.

Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.

Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client’s property.

Make recommendations to clients based on your inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.

Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Pay range is $30,000 to $40,000 per year plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

Sales experience required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company‑paid).

Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Physical Requirements

Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including possible OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Willing to work in different weather conditions.

Locations

Portland, OR – Salary: $60,000‑$90,000.

Wilsonville, OR – Salary: $30,000‑$40,000.

Tigard, OR – Salary: $60,000‑$90,000.
