Lead the entire sales cycle: identify, cultivate, and qualify new client opportunities. Promote E2 Optics’ core solutions through prospecting, networking, presentations, and trade show attendance. Develop and execute Strategic Account Growth Plans to ensure market penetration and profitability. Build a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed sales goals. Establish and maintain relationships with distribution, manufacturers, and trade partners. Monitor industry trends locally and globally and adapt strategies accordingly. Provide clear business direction to sales support teams, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM and RIPP systems. Attend weekly WIP meetings with operations managers and support clients in‑person and remotely. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven success in selling over $2,000,000 annually in a related business. 2–3 years of commercial sales experience in the technology or construction industries. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic accounts and close high‑value product and service sales. Thorough understanding of product positioning, competitive dynamics, and value propositions. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, business development strategies, and construction processes. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers and build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM platforms, and sales forecasting systems. Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. High energy, self‑motivation, and adaptability to fast‑changing environments. What We Offer

The role is based in an indoor business office with occasional construction‑environment exposure. Typical duties include sitting, talking, listening, using hands, and walking. Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lb (and frequently 25 lb), climb ladders up to 20 ft, and operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies).
