Service Account Manager – Nashville
An industry-leading, employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to join their Nashville team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing service accounts, and ensuring top-tier delivery on commercial HVAC service projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing service accounts and build strong client relationships
Oversee service delivery for commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal work
Coordinate with service teams to ensure quality, timely performance
Identify opportunities for additional service offerings and upselling
Assist in estimating, quoting, and proposal development
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Service Account Manager in the mechanical/HVAC industry
Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal
Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills
Familiar with service operations, quoting, and coordination processes
Must be based in the Nashville area and available for in‑office/client site work
