CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Salesforce Developer.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Description CTG is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise business initiatives. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to implement solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ, and requires strong hands‑on development expertise.
Due to Government Contracts of the Advanced Optics division, this role is DOD/ITAR required. US Citizenship or National status is required.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
Support Salesforce implementations across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ
Build automation, workflows, and complex business logic
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
Provide effort estimates and technical guidance
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform architecture
Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations (Sales/Service Clouds, CPQ)
Knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits
Experience with system integrations and data migration
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Salesforce Developer certification strongly preferred
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
