Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers via phone, text, video and social media to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and financial considerations
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
Represent the company professionally both in person and through digital communication channels
Skills And Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be organized and detail‑oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license
