Responsibilities
Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory for Optical frames and Sunglasses – Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists (3Os).
Build strong relationships with customers built on a long‑term partnership aimed at maximizing sell‑through.
Build appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner, in accordance with the brand’s DNA.
Build and maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
Collaborate with customers for visibility and trade marketing projects, and conduct in‑store training to maximize sales.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.
Qualifications
Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among the 3Os.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
Minimum five years of experience in Optical sales within the 3Os.
University degree or equivalent experience.
Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments.
Available to travel up to 90% of the time.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Residency in Houston Area.
