What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contribute to product development ideation and support product design feature development
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on product initiatives
Support the end-to-end product implementation process, gathering business requirements
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for effective product positioning and market entry
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
What is Required (Qualifications)
Knowledge of defined contribution plans, lifetime income product types, and competitor landscape
Strong insurance product knowledge and experience in defined contribution, annuities, and/or investments
Ability to partner effectively with divisional stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain well-structured documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on product management
Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting the insurance landscape
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
Experience in market analysis and customer needs assessment
