Elder Care Provider Wanted - Seeking Compassionate Elder Care Provider In Andove

We are a family in Andover, Massachusetts seeking a full-time elder care provider to support our dad. The ideal candidate will act as a companion and aid, offering essential home care services. Responsibilities include administering medication, assisting with all ADLs, dressing, walking, bathing, and providing personal care to ensure comfort and safety. We value a compassionate and reliable individual who can create a positive and engaging environment in our home. My dad is a retired doctor, needs assistance to walk with walker and likes to play dominos and do simple exercises. He has moderate Lewy Body Dementia. Candidates should have CPR certification and experience in elder care, especially dementia care, experience with Mobility issues. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about the well-being of our dad. Sometimes the aid will be alone with our dad and sometimes there will be a full house. Immediate opening available and option for extra hours on weekends. Looking for a split 8 hour shift ideally (9-1 and 5-9) but would also consider an after noon 8 hour shift, or a morning 8 hour shift, open to negotiation.
