Compensation:

Outside Sales/ Business Development Qualifications:
Experience in business-to-business and client-facing sales
Comfortable with cold calling—both in-person and via phone—to prospect and
hunt
for new clients
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and professional social media
High energy, competitive spirit, and a relentless drive to succeed
Hunter mentality—persistent, proactive, and eager to chase new business opportunities

Outside Sales/Business Development Responsibilities:
Hunt, qualify, and secure new business while building strong relationships with decision-makers
Effectively manage weekly sales planner, goals, and midterm commercial strategy
Partner with internal sourcing, recruiting, and professional placement teams to execute sales goals
Prepare and lead customer-facing presentations (formal and informal) on company capabilities and initiate contract discussions
Conduct a mix of weekly business-to-business sales calls, including phone and in-person appointments
Attend and represent the brand at company events and community involvement activities
Build and grow the brand portfolio of existing and new clients
