What You’ll Do
Lead, support, and coach a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure residents receive personalized services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Oversee daily operations from scheduling, meal planning, and budgeting to keeping the home safe and well maintained.
Coordinate medical care, health appointments, and medication management with accuracy and compassion.
Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that support residents growth and goals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state, county, and federal standards.
What We’re Looking For
A strong communicator and mentor, able to guide staff and build a positive team culture.
Highly organized with excellent record‑keeping and problem‑solving skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
Comfortable balancing hands‑on care with administrative responsibilities.
Able to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.).
Licensed to drive and eligible to operate agency vehicles.
