Cvent is seeking a dynamic and experienced person to spearhead the Hospitality Cloud Ignite sales onboarding program and Hospitality Cloud SDR/AMA development during their first year in role. This individual will play a pivotal role in training representatives new to the Hospitality Cloud Sales organization, and ensuring they acquire foundational knowledge as they settle into their roles.
THIS ROLE WILL START IN MARCH 2026
In This Role, You Will: Hospitality Cloud Ignite Program Leadership:
Lead and facilitate the Hospitality Cloud Ignite onboarding training sessions for new sales hires, including SDRs and quota-bearing representatives
Develop and continuously improve training materials, modules, and activities to ensure effective learning outcomes
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary adjustments to enhance learning experiences
Year One Training & Development:
Oversee the Launch and Boost programs designed to support sales reps’ development throughout their first year
Provide mentorship and coaching to new sales hires, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their performance
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales managers and other key stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals
Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess program success and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive integration of training with company-wide initiatives
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor trainee progress and performance, providing regular updates to management
Develop and utilize metrics to measure the impact of training on sales outcomes
Prepare reports and presentations detailing training program effectiveness and future strategies
Here’s What You Need:
2+ years experience in sales training and development, ideally within a technology or B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals at various stages of their career
Experience with curriculum development and instructional design preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
