Lots of outbound calls to candidates & hiring managers Driving business development activities and new client outreach Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Building and maintaining strong client relationships Helping match great people with great opportunities Act as a connector between top talent and hiring managers across industries supporting contract, contract‑to‑hire, and perm placements What We’re Looking For
