We are looking for an experienced
Client Relationship Manager
to join a professional financial services team. This is a key support role within this financial services practise – ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating documentation and provider follow-ups, and ensuring the smooth running of financial planning processes from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and managing ongoing communication Scheduling meetings and ensuring all required documentation is prepared and completed accurately Processing withdrawals, transfers, additions, switches, and other client instructions Liaising with product providers and following up to ensure information is accurate and up to date Maintaining well-organised and compliant client records Working closely with financial planners to ensure the client experience is seamless and professional Requirements: Matric plus a
Higher Certificate in Financial Planning / Wealth Management
(or equivalent) would be an advantage Minimum of
3 years’ experience
supporting financial planners in a private practice (not corporate/employee benefits) Confident using
XPlan ,
Astute ,
SharePoint ,
Outlook ,
Word , and
Excel Strong administrative and organisational ability with excellent attention to detail Professional, friendly, and service-driven This is a
