Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role in Irvine, CA involves business development and outside sales duties for Sir Speedy Printing & Signs. As an Outside Sales Business Development Representative, you will engage directly with clients to identify their printing and marketing needs, build strong relationships, and deliver customized solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting potential clients, managing accounts, providing training on services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Proficient in Field Service and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
Strong skills in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain robust client relationships.
Experience in Training to help customers understand and utilize printing and marketing solutions effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with printing and marketing services is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
