Provide technical leadership for Residential and Commercial product lines. Direct R&D budgets and capital planning; manage risk while achieving quality, schedule, and cost goals. Lead technology reviews for executive stakeholders; integrate emerging technologies into development. Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and agency standards. Develop and coach a high-performing engineering team. Guide electronic controls and hardware/software integration efforts. What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s in Engineering (BSME, BSEE or related); advanced degree preferred. 10+ years engineering experience, including 5+ years leading new product development teams. Proven delivery of complex products; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. Experience in global manufacturing and leading international engineering teams. Industry background in air movement and circulation required. Track record leading electronic controls development and systems integration. Bonus points for
Motors & controls expertise; mobile app leadership for product control/monitoring. Software–hardware integration; DFM; extrusion, die casting, plastics, sheet metal; supplier engagement. Use of simulations in design; Six Sigma from customer to end-of-life. Location
