Aesthetics Territory Manager (MN/Midwest)

Purpose
The Aesthetics Territory Manager responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. The main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine their products’ pricing when selling to customers.
Responsibilities
Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals
Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
Identify local business opportunities and challenges
Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
