This is a senior technical leadership role.
We are seeking a
civil, structural, or architectural engineer with consulting experience in restoration, forensic engineering, and/or building enclosure to lead engineering operations and client delivery.
This is a client-facing, consulting role — not a desk-only operations position.

Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
8+ years in engineering consulting, design, construction, or forensics
Direct experience in restoration & repair engineering, forensic engineering, and/or building enclosure
Client-facing consulting experience (this is not a back‑office role)
Experience leading teams and overseeing technical deliverables
Ability to read, review, and interpret drawings and reports
Preferred
PE or AIA license
This Role Is NOT For
Mechanical, electrical, chemical, geotechnical, or trades-based engineers
Construction-only project managers or general contractors
Operations executives without technical engineering credentials
Policy, government affairs, or non-technical leadership backgrounds
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor engineers, consultants, and project managers
Act as PM on select complex projects while maintaining utilization expectations
Oversee project delivery, schedules, quality, and consistency of work product
Partner with business development on proposals and technical input
Own department-level metrics: utilization, backlog, revenue, and margins
Maintain high-touch client relationships on complex consulting engagements
Contribute to strategic planning, staffing, and annual goals
