AHL Foundation is seeking a full-time Program & Development Director (35 hours/week) to join our team. AHL Foundation is a New York–based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Korean and Korean American artists and expanding their artistic presence across the United States. Since its establishment in 2003, the Foundation has fostered the growth and visibility of the Korean diasporic arts community through exhibitions, fellowships, educational programs, and the Archive of Korean Artists in America (AKAA). This position reports directly to the President and plays a central leadership role in managing AHL Foundation’s exhibitions, archive initiatives, program operations, and development activities. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills who is passionate about the arts and nonprofit administration. Requirements

Experience working at a nonprofit organization or foundation Strong communication and writing skills in both Korean and English Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Preferred: degree in Art Administration, Art History, Museum Studies, or related fields Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe, and social media platforms Interest in Korean and Asian diaspora arts communities Application Instructions
